Sydney Rock Oysters (Closed/Un-Shucked)

Locally-sourced Sydney Rock Oysters (fresh) from the far south coast of NSW, packaged closed and un-shucked to preserve their freshness. The lakes are currently open, though availability may change if closures are enforced by the NSW Food Authority closer to Christmas. If closures prevent us from obtaining oysters, a full refund will be provided. If you would like shucked oysters, please select the separate "Shucked/Open Merimbula Rock Oysters" option. A jar of our house-made French dressing is available as an add-on. Pickup is on December 24th at Birchwood Jindabyne.
