An oldie but what a goodie, who doesn't love a little bit of sticky date pudding drowned in a butterscotch sauce with extra cream on top? This is a great one to freeze and bring out when needed!

Butterscotch Sauce [Brown sugar, Cream (Milk), Butter (Milk)], Water, Dried dates, Self-raising flour (Wheat), Brown sugar, Butter (Milk), Egg, Dried flowers, Bicarb powder

Preparation and storage notes

Enjoy hot or cold. To re-heat:
OVEN: Pre-heat oven 160c,remove lid, gently re-heat until at desired temperature.
MICROWAVE: Crack lid, microwave 1 min (small) 3mins(medium) on high, allow to stand 2 mins before serving.
