We have taken our gorgeous carrot cake biscuit and used it as a base to complement our lemon cheesecake. Two classic flavours coming together to create a unique Avon River Farmhouse dessert. A tangy lemon curd is drizzled over the top with a generous dollop of cream and fresh strawberries.
