We brine our lamb in peppercorn, juniper berries, and cloves, ready for a low and slow cook in the oven along with a good few sprigs of rosemary. You can't beat this in a pie! Small: Approx 250g Frozen Product, defrost overnight in the fridge. Re-heat only once and consume within 48 hours. Bake in the oven for best results. Pre-heat to 160c, remove tray lid and heat approx 20 min until hot and golden. Enjoy!
