mint, Egg, Egg yolk, Peas, Broadbeans, Onion, Salt, Pepper, Durum semolina (Wheat), White wine, Water, Olive oil

CONTAINS: Gluten, Wheat, Egg.

Preparation and storage notes

STORE IN THE FRIDGE OR YOU CAN FREEZE. Cook in gently boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes, strain, toss with melted, salted butter and finish with a grating of pecorino and some fresh peas and mint.
