Pappardelle

Thicker and richer than other thinly cut pasta, pappardelle is a thick ribbon pasta with a nice bite, as per usual Al Dente style. It goes brilliantly with ragù, or whichever sauce you see fit.

Preparation and storage notes

Bring a pot of salted water to a rolling boil, add pappardelle and cook for 2-3 minutes before straining. Toss with your choice of sauce.
