This is a all time favorite soup of mine , is comfort in a bowl.Its the Asian version of Chicken soup.. Loaded with ginger and pandan and served with soy , chilli and fried shallots. Great for those who are recovering from being unwell and as a general health tonic for the body.

This deliciously moist cake is made with whole boiled oranges .. coooked in a sugar gum syrup for 2 hours and our beautiful hazlenutty choclaty wattle seed replace the poppy seed. dash of dark chocolate to complete.
