Mixed beans, Vegetable stock, Tinned tomato, Onion, Capsicum, Corn kernels, Tomato paste, Extra virgin olive oil, Garlic, Cumin, Smoked Paprika

Preparation and storage notes

Microwave (from fresh): Heat in container for 2–3 mins, stirring halfway.
Microwave (from frozen): Defrost overnight in fridge, then heat as above.
Stovetop: Transfer to a saucepan, reheat gently over medium heat until hot.
