Corned beef, White Sauce [Milk, Unsalted butter (Milk), Flour (Wheat), Dijon mustard, Salt, White Pepper], Potato, Carrot, Cabbage, Unsalted butter (Milk), Salt, Black pepper

Preparation and storage notes

• Portion approx. 120 g corned beef + 200 g potato/carrot + 150 g cabbage mix + sauce per serve (500 g total).
• Yields ~10 serves.
• Cool completely before sealing.

Keep refrigerated (up to 3 days) or freeze up to 2 months.

To Reheat (Fresh or Thawed):
• Microwave: Heat for 3–4 min, stirring halfway.
• Oven: Transfer to oven-safe dish, cover, and heat at 170°C for 15–20 min until hot.
Do not reheat from frozen. Thaw fully before heating.
