Preparation and storage notes

Microwave (from fresh): Heat in container 3–4 mins until hot in the centre.
Microwave (from frozen): Defrost overnight in fridge, then heat 3–4 mins.
Oven: Transfer to an oven-safe dish, cover with foil, and bake at 180°C for 25–30 mins until hot and bubbling.
