Ingredients

Beef cheeks, Crushed tomato (tinned), Red wine, Tomato paste, Onion (diced), Vegetable oil, Garlic, Salt, Rosemary, Thyme (dried), Pepper

Preparation and storage notes

Storage: In the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in fridge overnight. Defrost fully before heating. DO NOT REFREEZE. Transfer to microwave-safe dish, heat for 3–4 min per portion until centre is hot. Or, on stove-top on medium-low heat for 8–10 minutes, add a splash of water if needed, stirring occasionally.
