White fish, Vegetable oil, Egg white, Green Beans, Cornflour (GF), Sweet chilli sauce, Fish sauce, Garlic, Coriander, Shallots (fresh), Pepper, Salt

CONTAINS: Egg, Fish.

Preparation and storage notes

Storage: Keep Refrigerated in an airtight container. Consume within 3 days. Fish cakes can be frozen for up to 2 months in airtight containers. Heating: pan fry on med heat for 2-3 minutes each side until hot. or, in microwave-safe dish for 30–45 seconds per piece, or until hot.
