Preparation and storage notes

Storage: Refrigerate immediately, consume within 3 days. Can be frozen for up to 2 months. Heating: In microwave-safe dish, for 2-3 minutes, stir, then heat for an additional minute. Or, on stove-top, with a splash of water on medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring often.
