Ingredients

Roma Tomatoes, Onion (diced), Red Capsicum Diced, Water, liquid, Tomato paste, Olive Oil, Garlic, Vegetable stock (Booster, GF Vegan), Basil, Oregano

Preparation and storage notes

Storage: Keep refrigerated for up to 3 days, or freeze on the day of delivery. Defrost in the fridge and use within 24 hours.
Heating: Heat in microwave-safe dish, for 3 minute intervals stirring until hot. OR on stove-top in pot, bring to boil, stirring regularly until hot.
