A hearty winter dish of slow braised beef flavoured with red wine, garlic and onion cooked with baby potatoes and carrots.

Ingredients

Beef (Chuck), Water, liquid, Potato (diced large), Onion (diced), Red wine, Carrots, Celery (diced), Tomato paste, Vegetable oil, parsley, Mixed herbs, Vegetable stock (Booster, GF Vegan)

Preparation and storage notes

Storage: Refrigerate and consume within 3 days. Freeze for up to 2 months. Ensure fully defrost in fridge overnight before reheating. DO NOT REFREEZE. Heating: in oven-safe dish @ 160 degrees for 20-30 minutes, stirring regulary until piping hot. or in microwave-safe dish for 5 minutes, stir add another 2 minutes stir, heat until nice and hot.
