Preparation and storage notes

Storage: Keep refrigerated in an airtight container. Consume within 3 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge. DO NOT REFREEZE. Ensure fully defrosted before heating. Heating: In microwave-safe dish for 2 min, stir then heat for further 1 min or until nice and hot or on the stove-top stiring for 2-5 minutes or until piping and hot.
