Preparation and storage notes

Storage: In fridge below 5°C and consume within 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat: In preheated oven @ 160 degrees, heat pieces for 12-14 minutes or until crisp & hot. Or microwave for 2 minutes, check, then heat for another 1 minute if needed or until hot. Can be enjoyed cold or at room temperature.
