Starters
A wonderful autumn soup made with roasted sweet potatoes, onion and garlic and a drizzle of maple syrup. With an accompaniment of a dash of cream and a pinch thyme to add at home.
Tasty served hot or cold, our frittata is filled with sweet potato, zucchini, capsicum, fetta and spinach. Accompanied with tomato relish.
Stone baked sourdough sub roll lathered with our house made confit garlic and herb butter.
Grazing Box - includes Tasmanian hard and soft cheeses, cured deli meats, fresh and dried fruit, quince paste, dip and a selection of crackers.
Mains
Creamy, cheesy and filling - this Chicken Alfredo Pasta Bake with mushrooms and spinach makes a fantastic comforting dinner.
A hearty winter dish of slow braised beef flavoured with red wine, garlic and onion cooked with baby potatoes and carrots.
A classic and well loved favorite! Layers of lasagne pasta sheets with slowly cooked bolognaise ragu, local Bream Creek Dairy béchamel and grated mozzarella on top.
Tasmanian lamb, slowly cooked with rosemary, thyme and bay and local red wine. Another absolutely perfect dish for these colder nights in. It could be used as a ragu in a pasta or lasagne. Make your owns souvlaki's or just heat for a quick and easy roast dinner the whole family would love. It would also pair perfectly with one of our delicious sides.
Salads & Sides
This beetroot feta walnut salad has everything you need in a salad; salty feta, earthy beetroot and crunchy walnuts. It makes a delicious side to your favourite meat or fish or lovely as a main on its own.
