In my commercial kitchen, located in Caulfield, I will prepare all dishes using the freshest of ingredients. These will be delivered packed and chilled to reheat and consume at your convenience. storage and reheating instructions will be provided with each item. Certain dishes will also be suitable for home freezing for up to 3 months if desired.

Please note, every care is taken to ensure all products are free of any unmarked allergens, in both choices of ingredients and manufacture, but traces may exist.
