Sweet and Sour Pork
This Chinese classic needs no introduction. Here we make ours with juicy pork shoulder, marinated overnight to really lock in the flavour. Sweet, sour, and completely yummy.
Ingredients
Pork scotch, Brown onion, Sweet and Sour Pork Marinate for 2kg pork (Brown onion, Soy sauce (GF), Garlic, Fresh ginger, Bicarb soda), Cornflour, Water, Caster sugar, Green capsicum, Red capsicum, Tinned pineapple, Tomato sauce, Soy sauce (GF), Peeled garlic, Fresh ginger, Worcestershire sauce, Apple cider vinegar.
Preparation and storage notes
Heat contents in microwave for 3-4 minutes, or until hot throughout. Serve with rice.
