Spanish Veggie Meatballs
This dish goes with pasta, rice, roasted vegetables, or anything really! These rice and chickpea flour-based meatballs can also be frozen, making them perfect for last-minute dinners.
Ingredients
Sauce for vegan meatballs (Onion, Vegetable stock, White wine, Tomatoes, Extra virgin olive oil, Celery, Thyme, Flat parsley, Salt flakes, Bay leaves), Green capsicum, Red capsicum, Brown rice, Onion, Oats, Flour, French lentil, Garlic, Chick pea flour, Soy sauce, Canola oil, Balsamic vinegar, Nutritional yeast, Flat parsley, Smoked Paprika, Basil, Thyme, Chilli flakes, Oregano, Cumin ground, Cinnamon ground.
Preparation and storage notes
Heat in microwave or on stove in pot. Great with polenta or pasta.
