This Italian classic is to die for. Pieces of Gippsland lamb are slow-cooked with white wine, herbs, and tomato, then covered in breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Baked until golden. Bellissimo! Serves 2-3

Ingredients
Lamb shoulder, Breadcrumbs, Italian tin tomatoes, Cannellini beans, Onion, White wine, Parmesan, Red chilli, Garlic, Herbs, Sage Fresh, Rosemary Fresh.
Preparation and storage notes
Thaw fully. Remove lid, heat in 180c-200c oven for 20-30 minutes or until hot through and top is golden brown.
