Pork and Prosciutto Pasta Bake

This pork pasta sauce is a crowd favourite. Slow braised pork scotch, pork sausage, and prosciutto make for a decadent pasta sauce you'll love. We then folded through Gluten Free pasta and top it with Mozzarella, parmesan and crusty crumbs. You just bake then enjoy.

Italian tin tomatoes, Pork scotch, Pork and fennel sausage, Carrots, Pasta (GF), Brown onion, White wine, Verjuice, Fennel, Celery, Balsamic vinegar, Prosciutto, Mozzarella, Breadcrumbs (GF), Spice, Grated parmesan, Sage, Rosemary Fresh, Garlic.
Preparation and storage notes
Heat oven at 180c-200c. Remove lid, place in oven for 15-20 minutes or until hot throughout before serving.
