Pasta shells and roasted cauliflower are drenched in a cheesy bechamel sauce made with mozzarella and Parmesan and topped with breadcrumbs. Ready to bake and serve with a cabbage salad, or crusty bread.

Ingredients
Milk, Pasta, dry (GF and Vegan), Vegetable stock, Cauliflower, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Unsalted butter, Plain flour (GF), Breadcrumbs (GF), Parsley.
Preparation and storage notes
Thaw fully. Heat in moderate (180-200c) oven covered for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake for a further 10-15 minutes or until hot throughout.
