Flavourful Fried Rice - Vegan

This one's a winner with the kids in our house! It's fragrant and loaded with vegetables. Super filling and flavourful. It's our version of Donna Hay's Fried Rice, we minus the chilli and we add a good whack of 5 spice... It pairs great with our curries or grilled fish. We love it cold as a salad too! Our Small Serve is plenty for 1 person. Our Large will feed 4 people as a side dish.

Preparation and storage notes

Store below 5 degrees. Small Container - Remove lid slightly and heat in a microwave for 2-3 minutes or until piping hot. Or heat in an oiled pan over medium heat till hot. Large container - Pour contents into a microwave safe container before heating for 3 minutes in the microwave. Serve with Chilli sauce if game!
