This is one of our favourites!! Gippsland Lamb roasted low and slow with loads of love and rosemary! Mouth watering goodness sided with all your favourites, including potatoes, seasonal vegetables, rich gravy and mint sauce.

Preparation and storage notes

Store below 5 degrees. Single serve - Heat in microwave for 2-3 mins till piping hot. Large serve - Remove lid and place vegetable tray in 160 degree oven for 15 - 20 minutes or til hot , In a dry pan, place lamb slices and fry Lamb til piping hot. Heat gravy in pot over medum heat until hot. Serve with mint jelly from reserved container.
