Ingredients
Beetroot, Rocket, Feta, Sunflower seed, Balsamic glaze, Sour cream, Mixed micro- fresh herbs, Lemon rind, Cumin seeds, Sesame seeds.
Preparation and storage notes
Store below 5 degrees. Assemble - in a flat dish, smear whipped feta, add rocket, beetroot and drizzle with dressing and crushed nut topping.. Serve once assembled.
