Grilled Prawn and Mango Salad
A seafood salad to write home about! Sweet Prawns, sourced in Victorian waters, peeled and grilled with fresh mango, lettuce, snow pea tendrils and a piquant cocktail sauce on the side. This salad will be enough to serve 5 people as a side.... with plenty of prawns! We serve it deconstructed, so you can finish it off and platter it up on the day. Ideal as a starter to your Christmas Feast!
Ingredients
Prawns, Baby cos, Mango, Cabbage, Apple cider vinegar, Mayonnaise (GF,V,SF), Purple cabbage, Tomato paste.
Preparation and storage notes
Store below 5 degrees. Arrange prawns on salad, dress and toss. Consume within 3 days of purchase.
