Roasted Salmon with Almond & Parmesan Crust

This Salmon is a Christmas show stopper! A super crunchy crust of almonds and parmesan, its a light and healthy meal for the family. Simply remove the lid and bake in a 180 degree oven for 15 minutes to heat through. We roast salmon fillets to perfection, This dish is high in healthy omega fats and Vitamin E and particularly high in selenium which supports thyroid hormone metabolism. Salmon is our favourite Super Food!! 1 Salmon Fillets per serve or 4 Fillets for the Large Serve

Ingredients

Salmon, Activated almonds, Mayonnaise (GF,V,SF), Parmesan, Maple syrup, Mustard, Dill, Sea salt, Parsley.

Preparation and storage notes

Store below 5 degrees. Sm - Heat in 180 degree oven for 15 minutes or til over 70 degrees. Lg - Heat for 25 mins on 180 degrees.
