Portuguese Roast Chicken - Whole
We slow roast a Whole Free Range Chicken til succulent and juicy. The rub is a blend of warming spices - sweet paprika, oregano, local orange and wild garlic. So delicious and festive. Sided with a vibrant chimichurri herb sauce.
Ingredients
Chicken Free Range Whole, Red onion, Parsley, Extra virgin olive oil, Red chilli, Oregano, Bay leaves, Sea salt, Sweet paprika, Orange, Mint.
Preparation and storage notes
Store below 5 degrees. Remove from pack and place in oven tray. Cover with foil heat in a 170 degree preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until piping hot. Or cut into pieces and consume cold. Delicious! Side with chimichurri sauce. * Do not reheat more than once.
