Turkey Breast with Cranberry & Leek Stuffing & Port Sauce
Tender Turkey breast is roasted with cranberry and aged port. It's sweet and so succulent. Enjoyed warmed or as a cold centre piece - platter style. We have taken the strain out of slicing and serve with a side cranberry stuffing and more of the port and cranberry jam. Our portions are Small that will serve 2 - 4 people (about 400gm) or Large 12 generous sized slices. Plenty for left overs Boxing Day! **The alcohol provides depth and flavour to the meat and is burnt off in the cooking process.
Ingredients
Turkey, Dried cranberries, Breadcrumbs (GF), Walnuts, Onion, Leek, Fortified Port, Eggs, Coconut sugar.
Preparation and storage notes
Store below 5 degrees. Place turkey contents into a baking dish with 2 table spoons of water. Cover tightly with foil, and place into a 160 degree oven for 15 minutes. Heat Stuffing in microwave for 2 minutes.
