Porchetta Stuffed with Sage and Garlic
Succulent Pork stuffed with fresh sage, apple and fennel, roasted til crackling! Ohh My!... Perfect for a centre piece on Christmas Day. Two or Four generous portions of sliced pork ready to reheat in a pan or oven to crisp up! We serve the porchetta with a side of Dutch Apple Sauce and rich gravy made from scratch.
Ingredients
Pork belly, Flour (GF), Fennel, Apple, Sea salt, Extra virgin olive oil, Sage, Pork.
Preparation and storage notes
Store below 5 degrees. To heat - unwrap and place on an oven tray - cover with foil. Place in a 180 degree preheated oven for 15 - 17 minutes or til heated trough. Heat gravy in a pot or in the microwave for 2 minutes.
