Bangers & Mash with red currant, apple and braised cabbage

Comfort Food at its best. A slightly lighter version of the British pub dish. We source locally made pork sausages and serve with a rich gravy, sweetened with red currants and pick lady apple. We then braise red cabbage with apple cider and fresh herbs and side with a creamy cauliflower and potato mash. Our beef and pork sausages are made by Quality Butchers in Inverloch and are top quality!

Preparation and storage notes

Store below 5 degrees. Heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes til piping hot. Or place contents in an oven dish, cover and heat in 170 degree oven for 15 minutes til piping hot.
