Caribbean Pork & Pineapple Salsa

A super fragrant and flavourful dish from the Caribbean. We cook the pork low and slow, with cassia, cumin and smoked chilli and balance with a side of pineapple and red onion salsa. A splash of lime makes this dish our new favourite! Enjoy on tacos, wraps, corn chips, rice or toast!! SOOOO much better than any take-away! This meal is served with fluffy brown rice.

Preparation and storage notes

Store below 5 degrees. Reheat in microwave for 2-3 minutes until piping hot, or fry in pan over medium heat til piping hot.
