I have always loved sharing good food with family and friends, and am passionate about bringing people together around the table.

Growing up in the south-east of Ireland, I was a professional chef for a decade and was fortunate to work across many kitchens that shared my philosophy of supporting local producers, butchers, and fishmongers. 

Guided by this approach, the Humble Feast was born in 2018. My food philosophy focuses on sourcing quality ingredients and products and doing very little to them. The end result is simple, delicious and seasonal meals for you to share with your loved ones. 

Every week, I post a simple menu to keep you and your family well fed. The dishes are seasonal and change weekly.
