Handed down from my Mum this fresh salmon lasagna is a show stopper. An elegant take on lasagna with fresh gluten free pasta sheets, shaved fennel & zucchini in tangy lemon & fresh dill sauce. Perfect all year round.

Ingredients
salmon fillet raw, Cream, Pasta sheet- gluten free, Zucchini, fennel bulb raw, Lemon juice, lemon zest, Dill fresh, Olive oil, Sea salt, Pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
TAYLOR MADE FOOD 0417613493. Remove lid & bake at 180.C fan force for 30 minutes small or 45 - 60 minutes for large. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
