Chocolate and Pear Tart
Whole pieces of poached pear in a frangipane cake topped with a rich, set chocolate glaze. Fruity and chocolatey all at once, we're super excited to welcome this new tart onto our September menu.

Pear Frang (Golden caster sugar, Brown butter, Egg, Almonds, Flour, Salt, Baking powder), Chocolate Crème Pat (Milk, Chocolate 70%, Egg yolk, White sugar, Cornflour, Salt, Pectin X58), Shortcrust pastry (Flour, Butter, Water, Salt), Pear Syrup (Water, White sugar, Citric acid, Cardamom).
