Mushroom and Chestnut Tart
If you're not spending Christmas in Europe then let us take you there with this tart reminiscent of roasted chestnuts over a fire. Inside you'll find a smokey chestnut custard on a mushroom and cabbage cake with crunchy cabbage and Parmesan crumbs. We can't give you snow but we can give you this!

Chestnut Puree (White sugar, Milk, Chestnuts, Cream, Salt), Mushroom and Cabbage Cake (Flour, Almond meal, Button mushrooms, Brown butter, Cabbage, Salt, Egg, Baking powder), Chestnut Custard (Egg yolk, Cream, Salt, Chestnut purée, Smoked powder), Mushroom Mix (Button mushrooms, Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, Thyme), Cabbage Crumb (Panko breadcrumbs, Cabbage, Salt, Parmesan), Shortcrust pastry (Flour, Butter, Water, Salt).
