Chocolate Peppermint Brownie Tart

You know the time of the year when you succumb to eating a candy cane simply because it was lying around and you think, 'this could be so much better'? This year, we've gone with a white chocolate brownie base dotted with chocolate chips (the real ones), a minty topping and a candy cane design to get you in the 'spirit'. Delicious and festive in equal measures!
