The hazards of cultural appropriation aside, we think you'll find our tarty version of a Tiramisu will make you fall in love with these classic Italian flavours all over again. Ingredients

Espresso Chantilly (Brown sugar, Cream cheese, Cream, Espresso, Gelatine, Double cream, Marsala), Tiramisu Soak Mix (Espresso, Marsala, White sugar), Shortcrust pastry (Flour, Butter, Water, Salt), Hazelnut Cake Tira (White sugar, Egg, Brown butter, Pastry butter, Hazelnut meal, Salt, Baking powder)

We're huge (I mean huge) fans of the mango Weiss Bar here at Tarts Anon and this is simply an ode to that delectable ice-cream. The bottom layer is a rich and creamy macadamia custard, the top layer is a fruity and smooth mango custard. Together, some would say, they are greater than the sum of their tarts!

There have been calls for us to rename this one because punters claim it's the best lemon tart they've ever had, but the title "Best Lemon Tart You've Ever Had" is too long (and obnoxious) so we're sticking with "Plain Old Lemon". Fun fact, an extremely thin layer of lemon gel covers the top of this tart for extra ZING and to keep the custard underneath pristine for longer. Gareth says it is the tart he is most proud of from the entire catalogue of Tarts Anon tarts.

Sweet dreams are made of coconut and pandan tarts. A layer of coconut caramel, underneath a coconut frangipane with a pandan and coconut cream glaze. Tropical and a touch decadent, this tart is sure to satisfy!

The idea behind this tart is assembling all the best parts of a cheese board, into one mouthful. You've got a honey cake, fig jam, double cream cheese custard and grated roasted hazelnut. A sophisticated tart, designed to be eaten while sipping on a glass of wine in the sunshine.

Behold your next savoury tart obsession. A caramelised onion jam sits beneath a leek and chorizo cake layered with a tomato jam and is topped with a smoked potato custard. Sound like a bit of a mouthful? Sure is!
