Half & Whole Tarts
A milk chocolate and hazelnut custard sit atop a hazelnut praline. The perfect dessert. You literally cannot go wrong with this one. Promise.
A creamy and ever-so-smooth pumpkin custard sits atop a morish spiced caramel. Coming with the perfect amount of sweet vs spice, this tart is an absolute favourite of the Tarts Anon menu and comes with its own cult-like following. That is, you must try it at least once.
A cheesecake, but not as you know it! A jasmine tea infused cheesecake custard with a raspberry glaze. We love this tart for it's combination of sultry-smooth creaminess and light and bright fragrance. Enjoy!
Pretty in pink! A slightly different take on this flavour combination, this tart boasts an almond cake with poached rhubarb, lemon myrtle infused white chocolate custard and topped with a rhubarb glaze.
We first made this as a Father’s Day special but soon enough decided it’s not just dads who deserve all the delicious fun! Comprised of an orange caramel layered with a Whiskey pecan cake and topped with a pecan gianduja (chocolate and pecan paste) with crispy pecans, this tart is sure to get your taste buds absolutely firing! One of the biggest hits in the Tarts Anon repertoire.
A pickled field mushrooom and sweet and sour onion financier is topped with a mushroom and Parmesan custard and finished with grated Parmesan and a sprinkling of chives. A breakfast of champigñones!
A leek, pea, dill pickle, zucchini and feta savoury financier with a pea custard, topped with a carpet of parmesan, lemon zest and dill. We'd all eat our greens if they were always as delicious as this!
