Rice, Mushroom, Leek, Baby spinach, Onion, Vegetable stock, Unsalted butter (Milk), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt, Vlahotiri Cheese (Milk), White Wine

Preparation and storage notes

Heat in the microwave for 2–3 minutes, stirring halfway through, until hot. If the risotto has thickened, add a small splash of water or stock and stir to restore its creamy texture. Alternatively, reheat gently in a saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally.

This dish can be frozen for up to 1 month

Storage & Consumption:
Keep refrigerated at 4°C or below and consume within 3 days of purchase. Do not reheat more than once.
