Preparation and storage notes

This meal can be eaten cold or re-heated in a microwave. To re-heat simply peel back film on container by approximately 10cm and heat for 1 min 30 seconds or until desired temperature reached. Best consumed within 3 days fresh or if frozen best consumed within 2 months (if frozen upon delivery being received).
