A show stopping festive loaf that brings pure indulgence to the table. Slough fermented sourdough is generously layered with a rich house-made fruit mince - packed with plump sultanas, raisins, currants and warm Christmas spices. Twisted into a beautiful, ribboned loaf, baked until golden, with pockets of caramelised fruit throughout and finished with a dusting of icing sugar. Perfect served with my Spiced Rum Whipped Butter and a festive drink of eggnog or mulled wine.
