Preparation and storage notes

Store in fridge for up to 5 days. Can be frozen. To reheat, preheat oven to 170C, cover with foil to prevent from drying out and bake for 10-15 minutes until warmed through. For a quicker option, reheat in a microwave safe dish, cover with a damp paper towel or cling film and heat on medium power for 1-2minutes until warmed through.
Serve with vanilla ice cream or custard and drizzle with caramel sauce.
