These Sourdough Fruit Hot Cross Buns are light and fluffy and not too sweet. Generously filled with mixed fruit, warm spices and orange zest. These buns are perfect for anytime of the year. I highly recommend trying them fresh or toasted with one of my whipped butters such as the Spiced Biscoff or the Spiced Cinnamon & Maple.
