How long do the meals stay fresh?
The meals last between 8-12 days refrigerated as they are all sealed with modified atmosphere packaging, keep them fresh for longer.
How do I keep my meals fresh and safe for eating?
For best taste and quality, store refrigerated between 1 and 5 degrees Celsius and they are safe for eating up until the expiry date labelled on the container.
How do I reheat the meal?
Microwave: Remove meal sleeve(if have any) and peel back the seal. Place container in microwave for 60-90 seconds depending on your microwave power settings.
Pan: Remove food contents from container and place in suitable pan for the stove.
Are your meals fresh or frozen?
Our meals are made fresh and delivered fresh not frozen.
