Oxtail stew

Several hours of cooking resulting in our slow cooked oxtail in a thick, rich gravy. Usually served with Sadza (aka Ugali, Nshima or Pap), Rice or Potato Mash. For sadza, add sides such as Spinach & Peanut butter, or Spinach & Tomato, or to have with rice or potato mash, add a side salad or seasonal steamed veg. Serving sizes will serve 1 (2 pieces), 2 (3 pieces) or 4 (4 pieces).

Oxtail, Brown Onion, Soul Fusion Spice Mix, Salt

Preparation and storage notes

Refrigerate or freeze on the day of purchase.
To eat, thaw in the fridge overnight or in the microwave before heating for 3-5 minutes until hot. Stir halfway through heating to ensure even heat distribution. Heat and eat on the day of purchase or keep refrigerated. If freezing, do so within 3 days of receipt.
