Chicago style deep pan pizza made with golden crusty pizza dough rested for 24 hrs. Using local Woodstock flour. House seasoned sausage mince, estate grown tomatoes and basil for the chunky tomato sauce. Stringy mozzarella and packed with pepperoni.

Tomatoes, Flour, Water, Mozzarella, Onion, Butter, Pepperoni, Sausage Mince, Polenta, Red Onion, Garlic, Salt, Olive oil, Sugar, Yeast, Herbs (fresh), Paprika, Basil.
Preparation and storage notes
Pre-heat oven to 180C - heat for 20-25 minutes until golden and base is firm. Take out of tray and portion into desired wedges.
