Shredded potato tossed with spring onion, flour and eggs and pan fried till crispy. Served with tender chicken cooked in a tangy citrus and capers butter sauce. Garnished with lots of fresh parsley.

Chicken Thigh, Potato, Flour, Butter, Egg, Vinegar, Vegetable Oil, Lime, Lemon, White Wine, Spring Onion, Capers, Parsley (continental), Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Spices, Cornflour.
Preparation and storage notes
Preheat oven to 190C. Take lid off tray, reheat chicken and fritter in oven for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy with fresh salad.
